Stopped on Saturday. An early Father’s Day lunch: We had tagliatelle with sausage, the Noodle Guy stir Fry with chicken, 2 Soba, one with tofu, one with bulgogi, and a chicken ramen bowl. Service was top tier as was the food. Worth the stop; we ended up leaving with some fresh made tagliatelle(ready to cook) and a sun-dried tomato, jalapeno and coconut milk sauce we’re doing for supper tonight. 10/10

The noodle guy has every kind of noodle you could want, from spaghetti to soba. I was impressed by the variety and also by the consistent quality, even though there's such a wide range of culinary influences. I got the tagliatelle with feta and sausage, and was pleasantly surprised by how richly creamy it was. My friend had stir fry with rice noodles, which also looked amazing. Both of us had eaten our fill before we finished the food. The staff were friendly but not overbearing, and they were right about the refreshing iced tea. It's a cozy space, but there's enough seating for the traffic they get. I'm glad we went out of our way for it.

Such a cute spot!! Small but cozy!! The pasta here is unreal... My sister and I went a few weeks ago and are still talking about it! Will definitely go again!! They do specials also! I forget the name of the pasta I had, but it was the special on a Thursday. Amazing!

It was my first time ordering from the noodle guy at his shop in Port Williams. He has been at a few festivals in Halifax which is how I heard of them. I wasn’t sure how the to-go fridge worked... did you have to pre order? Do you just walk in? What is in the fridge? Sarah messaged me back on Instagram helping me navigate that portion. When I went in, it was so cozy, so nice, and the fridge was full of fresh pasta and sauce. We ended up getting the sundried tomato, coconut, Jalapeno milk sauce with ravioli and the roasted red pepper and tomato sauce with spaghetti noodles. This plus the carrot cake (enough for 4 ppl) was 30.. so the price was shockingly impressive. We stopped at the store and grabbed hamburger to add more protein. This is also where I met Sarah in person. Sarah is the type of person who thrives in customer service. You can tell her vibes, her charm, her personality is meant to be around people. She just brightened my day and we had a huge laugh over me thinking everything in the fridge was expired (it was actually made that day not expired that day - I felt so stupid. 10/10 service, 10/10 food. I can not recommend them enough. Also there is room to eat inside :) I just wanted take out to bring back to our Airbnb!

Food was excellent. Had the ability to change the protein to chicken instead of sausage in my dish Service was fast, super friendly, knowledgeable, didn't have to ask for a refill of water. Atmosphere was great, very welcoming, open concept, music was a bit too loud for my liking. Definitely a staple if you are visiting the valley.

Really awesome place with varied and delicious menu options. Very cozy, all the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Great atmosphere, our table ordered just about one of everything and shared around. The noodles are great and home made with care, all their sauces are flavorful and the ingredients are fresh and delicious. Can't say enough good things, it really lived up to all the great things I've heard and I will absolutely be coming back!

Limited hours so the times I have been in the area haven’t always lined up. The pasta is so delicious! The portion size of the tagliatelle is bigger than the ravioli. My husband got the sweet potato quinoa bowl with chicken. I also got pasta noodles and sauce from their fridge to take home. The Chocolate chip cookie is also delicious. I love this place and I would recommend!
